We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on products crafted with any of our materials. Young Carbon will repair any damage or defect for any reason free of charge - whether it was purchased in 2014 or yesterday. If we are unable to perform a functional repair on your product we will happily replace it.

No - We stand by our Lifetime Guarantee no matter who owns it.
What's not covered by the guarantee?
Size/Fit: We provide a variety of resources and tools for our customers to be sure their Young Carbon gear fits. Remember: gear fits as personally as the shoes on your feet. Take this endeavor seriously. A correctly fit Young Carbon product will work on a wide variety of body types. Sizing and Fitting details are available on the relevant product pages for more information.

Preferences: Bad color? Wrong style? Not enough or too much room in your gear? Unfortunately, we can't cover personal preference under our guarantee.

Cosmetic Wear and Tear: Our Lifetime Guarantee does not cover any reasonable aging of your product that affects only the appearance and not the function of your gear. Be proud of those scars!

Lost/Stolen Gear: Our Lifetime Guarantee does not cover lost or stolen gear or gear components.

Third Party Repairs or Replacements: Our Lifetime Guarantee requires you to send your gear to Young Carbon for any repairs or replacement parts. We do not cover costs incurred via third party repairs or replacements.
